Can you guarantee that my order will arrive on time?

Absolutely! Our "ON-TIME GUARANTEE" takes the worry out of ordering promotional merchandise. Your order will ship on time, or it's free. Guaranteed.

We understand how stressful it is to organize an event. The last thing you need to worry about is whether your goods will arrive on time.

How do you place an order?

How long does it take to produce an order?

Average lead times on our "in-stock" items are between 2-3 weeks, however times may vary depending on product and quantity.

We have a 24 Hour Ship Service available on selected products. This is perfect for the client whose event "just crept up on them!"

Excellent customer service and Reliable delivery are the cornerstones of our business. As a result, we will always keep you well informed on your order's progress.

What are your artwork requirements?

Please remember...
• Older versions of Illustrator and Corel are acceptable
• Include all of the needed FONTS or IMAGES (Corel Draw and Illustrator)
• Make sure your images are at least 600 dpi, size as or larger (200%)
• Use a compression program when sending larger or multiple lines (WinZIP)
• Convert your text to curves or outlines (Illustrator and CorelDRAW)

PLEASE SEND ARTWORK as clean colour separated camera ready. Camera ready is defined as black & white, colour separated 600 DPI (or higher) artwork.

Examples of artwork that are NOT camera ready:
• photographs
• photocopies
• faxed art
• gifs
• powerpoint (.pps)
• letterhead
• business cards
• jpegs
• word documents (.doc)(.wdp).

4 colour process artwork should be provided digitally on CD, or emailed in a self-extracting zipfile (.zip), along with a colour output for reference. WE MUST HAVE A COLOUR PROOF WITH ORDER. Please allow at least 1/8" bleed around all sides of the dieline. Non-critical graphics and colours can bleed through all 'punch outs' such as the camera lens opening, shutter button, viewfinder, etc. when saving your artwork, please make the die line so it can be separated and deleted from your work. Save multi-piece artwork in layers or separate elements.

What is vector artwork?
• Vector artwork is created on the computer using software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, etc.
• Vector artwork allows the artist to manipulate the artwork. For instance, if the logo needs to be enlarged, the artist can do so without it affecting the quality of the artwork.
• Vector artwork IS NOT a jpeg or gif file imported into Corel or Illustrator and saved as a cdr, ai or eps file.

Why we can't work from scans:
• Unlike Vector artwork, scans can't be manipulated because they weren't created on a computer. A scan is like a photograph - it can't be changed.
• Where vector art is comprised of several different elements that an artist can touch, manipulate, and/or change on the screen, scanned art is one flat element that can't be changed in any way.
• If the logo needs to be made larger, the artist can do so BUT it will affect the quality of the artwork.

Art charges will be assessed for non vector artwork @ $95/hour

What are your hours of operation?

Do use the PMS (Pantone) colour matching system?

Yes. However, it is difficult to guarantee a 100% exact colour match, as printing on promotional products (golf shirts, pens, T-shirts, coffee mugs) is not the same as printing on paper.

In certain instances, there is a PMS surcharge if we have to mix the exact pantone colour for your order.

Requirements for 24 Hour Shipping

Products that can be shipped within 24 hours are listed here.

The following are required in order for us to ship within 24 hours.

1. Full order (including camera ready vector artwork) to be received by 1:00pm EST.

2. We are not able to provide a paper or email proof for your order on a 24 Hour Ship Service

3. Decoration methods that apply to 24 Hour Service: Screen Printing and Debossing only. Photo Real, Embroidery, Logo 3D, Steel Threads Metal Plates, Watches and Awards DO NOT apply

4. Timeline example: Full Order received 1:00pm EST on Monday will ship from our warehouse on Tuesday. Delivery date to you depends on (i) your location and (ii) the type of courier service you request. If you request overnight service, the product will be delivered on the Wednesday
